Frequently asked questions

Do I need a ChatGPT or Claude subscription?›
It depends on the automation. Some use an AI provider's API, billed per use and often just a few euros a month for a small business; others use no AI at all. I tell you the running cost before we start.
Is my data sent to the AI?›
Only what's needed, and never without your consent. We decide together what can be processed, we avoid sensitive data, and I can favour a European provider when it makes sense.
How much does an automation cost?›
The 30-minute audit is free. After that, you get a detailed quote within 24 hours for a first concrete case, and we expand if the gain is there.
What if the AI tool changes or goes down?›
I build the system around the AI: accounts and keys are in your name, everything is documented, and the automation is designed so you can switch providers without starting over.
Do you also train teams?›
Yes: hands-on Claude and AI assistant workshops for your team, and Claude Code for technical teams. Remote or on site in Réunion Island, quoted on request. For one-to-one coaching, see mentoring at €60 per hour.
