PRMA is the reference body for contemporary music in Réunion. Its information system ran on a generic management tool that no longer covered business needs: professional directory, calendar, memberships and shop lived in separate tools, disconnected from accounting.
Contract won and delivered directly, from scoping to deployment.
What was delivered
Six business modules
- Professional directory: artists, venues and organisations, with an interactive map
- Event calendar: recurring events, advisory appointments, registration forms
- Membership management
- Online shop
- Accounting integration: invoicing and contact synchronisation
- Newsletter
Public website
Symfony 7.4 on PHP 8.5, Twig and Tailwind, with a WYSIWYG editor so the team publishes on its own.
Payments and compliance
Stripe for memberships and the shop, with webhooks and automated invoicing. Full GDPR compliance: data export and right to erasure.
Migration and go-live
Data migrated from the existing management tool. Deployed on a dockerised Ubuntu VPS — PHP-FPM, Nginx, PostgreSQL — with a CI pipeline running PHPStan and PHP CS Fixer.
Handover
Technical documentation, acceptance test plan and knowledge transfer to the client team.
Role
Consultant and lead developer, sole technical contributor: scoping, architecture, development, deployment and support.
